  My dad came in a couple of months ago because he needed a new contract and wanted to transfer everything over from his very old phone. The lady who helped him was new to the team, not sure her name. But she was extremely patient and helpful and managed to transfer almost everything over despite the fact it was a long and complicated process. Thanks to her and the team for their kindness, hard work and patience.

  my elderly mum couldn't receive any texts messages took her fone in there today the two staff members sorted it out for her .they went over and above to help her . thanks again for the help. she was one happy customer.
